Pre-College Class
The Pre-College Class of the Trossingen University of Music offers highly talented children and adolescents the possibility to be taught by our qualified teachers before their university studies.
With the establishment of the Pre-College class, the Trossingen University of Music gives extraordinarily artistically talented young people an offer to prepare for studying music during their general schooling. At the focus is individual instruction in the corresponding major.
Interested pupils are asked to get in contact with the desired teachers directly and in a trusting manner.

Entrance Audition
The prerequisite for a junior degree programme is passing the entrance examination (in the summer or winter semester).
Registration for the entrance examination for the youth class and the network must be submitted by 1 April for the winter semester and by 1 November for the summer semester. The application for the entrance examination for the Musikgymnasium (only once a year) must be submitted by 1 April.
The application must be accompanied by
- a passport photo of the applicant
- a curriculum vitae in tabular form with essential information on previous school education and musical activities.
- examination programme (see attachment)
- for minors, a declaration of consent from the legal guardian
- current school certificate

Informationen
Voraussetzung für ein Jungstudium ist das Bestehen der Aufnahmeprüfung (zum Sommer- oder Wintersemester).
Die Anmeldung zur Aufnahmeprüfung für die Jugendklasse und das Netzwerk muss für das Wintersemester bis zum 1.4. und für das Sommersemester bis zum 1.11. vorliegen. Die Anmeldung zur Aufnahmeprüfung für das Musikgymnasium (nur einmal pro Jahr) muss bis zum 01.04. vorliegen.
Dem Antrag sind beizufügen:
- ein Passbild des Bewerbers
- einen tabellarischen Lebenslauf mit den wesentlichen Angaben über die bisherige Schul-bildung und musikalische Tätigkeiten.
- Prüfungsprogramm (siehe Anlage)
- von Minderjährigen eine Einwilligungserklärung der Erziehungsberechtigten
- aktuelle Schulbescheinigung

Music High School
Trossingen High School offers a Music High School in close cooperation with the Trossingen University of Music and the Trossingen Musikschule, in order to support highly talented pupils from grades 5-12. Passing the entrance audition is prerequisite for acceptance to the Music High School.

Musikgymnasium
Das Trossinger Gymnasium bietet in enger Kooperation mit der Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik Trossingen und der Musikschule Trossingen ein Musikgymnasium, um hochbegabte Schülerinnen und Schüler der Klassen fünf bis zwölf individuell zu fördern. Voraussetzung für die Aufnahme ans Musikgymnasium ist das Bestehen einer Aufnahmeprüfung.
