Intramural Sports

Soccer is played in both Winter and Summer Semesters. Interested students always meet on Thursday evenings; in the Winter Semester at 8pm in Fritz-Kiehn-Halle and in the Summer Semester at 6pm at the Bolzplatz at the Gymnasium. Every year, a soccer tournament between all five Music Universities of Baden-Wuerttemberg takes place. This tournament is in a different city each year, usually at the end of spring or beginning of summer and is great fun for all!

There is also the possibility to play other sports. The local clubs offer many different things, from badminton to horseback riding to volleyball and so on.

At the same time, you always participate in sporting events in Trossingen and the surrounding areas on your own initiative. In 2007 for instance, there was a beach volleyball tournament in the middle of town and some students formed their own team and participated.

At the beginning of each semester, the AStA puts up a notice when we will start playing soccer again. For other events, there is a notice in the foyer as they come up.
