Loan Pool for University Members
The pool of equipment is available to enrolled students, teachers, and employees of the Trossingen University of Music. Technical equipment can be checked out for non-commercial projects in terms of study and teaching. Users can register for borrowing during opening hours by presenting their student or employee ID.
FAQ
All members of the University have the right to use the the loan pool. However, there are prerequisites:
- The phone number and email address has to be left with the secretary (using the loan pool is only possible with the phone number).
- The user must be able to present a University ID card (student ID or employee ID).
- The user must sign the terms of use before borrowing. The current terms of use of the loan pool are viewable here (in German): Leihpool_Nutzungsordnung_15-08-2017.pdf
The equipment loan takes place via the HfM Login. This login is set up when you enroll or join the university. If you do not yet have such an account or have lost your password, please contact hfm-login(at)mh-trossingen.de
With the HfM Login, you can use the Leihs online reservation system to find out about the available equipment and create reservation orders: https://leihs.mh-trossingen.de. To ensure that the rental pool is open and that the equipment is available, we ask that you reserve it online before your visit.
In order for the reservation system to work, all borrowers must either extend their equipment or return it on time - we therefore ask for caution when planning the rental.
