Study Record Books and Student IDs
After a successful enrollment, a study record book and a student ID card will be given to you. If you lose your study record book or ID, please report it immediately. (Fee for a replacement of either is €15.00)
Due to the current situation, it is possible force once in urgent cases for the current winter semester to send preliminary certificates in digital form by email (scan of the relevant extract from the course book with the teacher’s signature) to the Examination Administration. For the issuance of reports and certificates, the submission of a complete study book with signatures is still required.

The study records book serves as proof of all modules and parts of modules listed in the course plan (lessons in all subjects, such as orchestra participation, lectures, etc). The designation of the modules is to be entered there according to the course plan.
At the beginning and at the end of each semester, an attestation or certification must be obtained from the respective subject teacher.
The study record book must be submitted to the student office with every re-registration and must be filled out completely, otherwise it will not be possible to register for an examination and record credit points!
With your student ID in the form of a chip card, you can pay in the cafeteria and at the copy machines as well as borrow sheet music or books from the library. Loading the chipcard is possible either at the machines in front of the cafeteria with an EC card or at the register of the cafeteria with cash or via Autoload.
The current semester entry is made at the machine in front of the secretariat for students (Room 244), the chip card is then valid. For technical reasons, this can only be done shortly before the start of the semester.
